Multi
-Part
Forms
Multi-Part Forms are printed on to NCR paper. (NCR stands for No Carbon Required.) It is a special type of paper that can transfer written information to multiple copies, without a sheet of black carbon paper between each sheet. Many businesses use pads and books with perforated pages for a variety of reasons.
It is a low-cost solution if you wanted a customized and branded system for your organisation. Purchasing devices and software can be a big expense for small businesses. Create or change different printed forms for your own uses. Technology training, digital file back-ups and lack of power or wifi are some situations that don’t exist with a printed form.
Books and pads of NCR paper are reliable, durable and a portable way to support your front line staff while still keeping the office work to a minimum. Plus, the security of having a physical paper trail for auditing or compliance purposes can be a necessity.
Order Forms
Great for sending to a supplier and still having a copy or two for your own records. (For example: A customer copy, your own working copy and one for the office records.)
Invoices
Having a numbered copy for the customer and the seller makes each transaction easy to make and follow-up.
These can used for recording instructions to keeping track of time and materials. We can design a specific form to integrate the way you want to run your business.
